A student's grade point average (GPA) is calculated per semester based on final grades.  Students recieve a weighted and unweighted GPA.  Weighted GPAs include weighted points awarded based on honors and AP classes.  Unweighted GPA does take into account those additional points.

Students at VMCCA have 2 GPAs, WCPSS and WTCC.  Grades in the WTCC classes are listed on the WCPSS transcript and are part of the WCPSS GPA.  GPA can impact a student at VMCCA in a variety of ways.
