X2Vol Community Service System Student Guide
We are excited to announce that we will be using a new system, X2Vol, for the Community Service Program starting in the 2021-2022 school year. This new system will allow students to submit, verify and track their own service hours. This page has details about how to claim your account using your student email address and how to begin entering service hours.
When entering hours in X2Vol, Broughton students will be required to submit one of the following items for verification:
A verification letter from the agency that verifies the student’s name, the dates, and the number of hours served. The letter must be on agency letterhead. Students will be able to upload a picture or digital file of the written verification.
An email address for non-profit agency contact. The email address must contain the name of the agency to be accepted. Service submitted with a personal email address will be denied.
Submissions in X2Vol that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the student for correction before hours can be credited. Students will receive a message when hours are accepted, denied, or returned to them for correction.
