BROUGHTON TRAVEL OPPORTUNITIES

Needham B. Broughton Global Studies & Language Immersion Magnet High School

OVERVIEW

Broughton offers a range of international and domestic travel experiences that expand student learning through visits to cultural and historic sites, service-learning, action, and language study. Some of these experiences are organized by specific school courses or programs, and other opportunities are open to all Broughton students. While some of these travel options are officially school sponsored, other opportunities are organized by outside tour companies (often EF tours) and are designed for Broughton students chaperoned by Broughton staff. These travel experiences can provide valuable enhancement of the curriculum, but they are not typically required for course participation. For more details, you may contact the faculty member associated with the travel experiences listed below. Some 2024 trips have space for additional participants, and 2025 opportunities are currently in development. Please see the faculty member for further details.
