Club Description

The AFMS Drama Club is a place to be expressive, build confidence, and develop skills in acting, improvisation, singing, dancing, technical theatre, design, playwriting, and directing. The Drama Club at AFMS welcomes students interested in learning about theatre arts and participating in performances throughout the school year. Club participants are led by Drama Club Student Officers, guest artists, and Mrs. Winter. The larger objective of our club is to develop each artist’s full potential and to instill that spark of inspiration and creativity within. All are welcome!

Membership Information

Participation in the Drama Club Troupe is by audition and dependent upon maintaining passing grades in all subjects, not just a passing GPA. Attendance at all required rehearsals is mandatory. Drama Club Members will have the opportunity to work towards induction into the International Thespian Society.
