Parents are required to withdraw a student from their current school they are attending, if they are moving to different Wake County base school , or if you are moving out of Wake County or moving to another state.

* Please stop by our Student Services office at Salem Middle School, to fill out a student withdraw form. A minimum of 1 week in advance of your child’s withdrawal. Per WCPSS regulations, form must be completed by a parent, (photo ID to be shown) in person.

Books and equipment must be returned, locker cleaned out and lock returned to HR teacher, and fees paid in advance of departure. WCPSS will bill for items (calculators, books, equipment, fees) not returned or paid.
