• 2025-26 Schedule Correction Requests 

    Students who have an error in their schedule need to complete the Schedule Correction Request form. Use this form for all first- and second-semester schedule correction requests. This is the only process for schedule corrections for the 2025-26 school year, and requests made outside this form will not be considered.
    The deadline to submit schedule correction requests is Friday, August 22nd, at 3:00 p.m.
    Corrections for verified scheduling errors will appear in Infinite Campus by Friday, August 29th. If your schedule is not updated by that date, no scheduling error was identified.
    Reasons for a Schedule Correction (Error-Based Only):
    • Incomplete schedule (one or more periods have no class assigned).
    • Courses out of sequence (e.g., Math 3 before Math 2).
    • Two courses scheduled in the same period.
    • Duplicate course scheduled in the same semester or year.
    • Already earned credit for the course listed.
    • Missing prerequisite for the scheduled course.
    • Senior missing a required course for WCPSS graduation.
