• Student Parking & Lunch Passes

    Students in grade 11 and 12 will have the opportunity to apply for (1) an off campus lunch pass and (2) apply for a student parking space through a lottery system for the 2025-2026 school year.
         

    Timeline

    Important dates regarding this process for the 2025-2026 school year include:

    • July 7, 2025:  Senior Parking Lottery Opens;  Junior / Senior Off Campus Lunch Pass Application Opens
             
    • July 30, 2025:  Senior Parking Application Lottery closes at midnight (end of day on July 30)
       
    • August 1, 2025:  Seniors receiving a parking space through the lottery will receive an email through their WCPSS email account giving them directions on next steps.  Email will be sent by 5pm.
         
    • August 2025 (exact dates TBD):  Seniors who have completed the registration process for their parking space may pick up their parking tag.  
         
    • August 2025 (exact dates TBD): Juniors & Seniors who have completed the lunch pass  application process will be able to pick up lunch passes between 9-11am and 12-2pm.  After these dates, students can come by the front office during regular business hours during summer to pick up their pass.  
               
    • August 11, 2025: Round 2 Parking Lottery opens for students in grades 11 and 12 if any spaces remain available.
