Seniors: Meningococcal vaccine booster required by state law
North Carolina law requires all rising 12th graders to receive a meningococcal vaccine booster before starting 12th grade. The vaccination must be completed and current immunization records updated before the 23-24 school year begins.
- Schedule your appointment for your 2nd MCV dose
- Get your MCV and take home a copy of your immunization record
- Scan a copy of your immunization record and email to:
