Juntos para Una Mejor Educación (Together for a Better Education) is now at VMCCA!

Juntos is a comprehensive program that brings parents, youth, and communities together to help students succeed in high school and pursue higher education.  Juntos provides a Juntos 4-H Club, family nights/workshops and summer programming. This program has served both English and Spanish speaking sixth through twelfth grade students and their parents in communities across the country. 

It’s not too late for your child to become part of Juntos!  The Juntos Club at VMCCA meets every other Monday during both lunches in room 1600. The next meeting will take place on December 6th.

We would like to invite you to our first Juntos Family Night next Tuesday, December 7th from 6-8 pm in the VMCCA media center.  At this event you will learn more about Juntos and how it can help your child in high school and beyond.  Dinner will be provided.  See flyer here.

¡Juntos para Una Mejor Educación (Together for a Better Education) ya está en VMCCA!

Juntos es un programa integral que une a padres, jóvenes y comunidades para ayudar a los estudiantes a tener éxito en la escuela secundaria y obtener una educación superior. Juntos ofrece un Club Juntos 4-H, noches familiares/talleres y programación de verano. Este programa ha servido a estudiantes de sexto a duodécimo grado de habla inglesa y española ya sus padres en comunidades de todo el país.

¡No es demasiado tarde para que su hijo se involucre a Juntos! El Club Juntos en VMCCA se reúne cada dos lunes durante ambos almuerzos en el salón 1600.  Próxima reunión es el 6 de diciembre.

Nos gustaría invitarlo a nuestra primera Noche Familiar Juntos el próximo martes 7 de diciembre de 6 a 8 pm en el centro de medios de VMCCA. En este evento, aprenderá más sobre Juntos y cómo puede ayudar a su hijo en la escuela secundaria y más allá. Se proporcionará la cena. Vea el folleto aquí.
