Our Book Fair is in full swing with sales starting next week. Please read about the details in this week’s Explorer Express below.

Fall Book Fair In Progress

The WES Book Fair is going on now through November 22nd in the media center during the school day. In addition, there will be two outside of school shopping times: Kindergarten Dudes and Donuts (for our kindergarten families) November 19th from 8:00-9:30 am and an evening shopping event (for all families) November 21st from 5:00-7:00 pm. Please read this flyer for important information about shopping times and setting up an eWallet. 

The schedule for the specific teachers' buying time is included below so you can sign up while your student's class is shopping. We can not do it without you!

While the Book Fair is taking place, there are no library book check-outs or check-ins. Please ignore any overdue notices you may receive prior to Thanksgiving. We will resume normal check out the week before Thanksgiving break.

Spirit Day

Cozy up and show your best Weatherstone spirit by wearing your favorite hoodie sweatshirt to school next Friday, November 22nd. Don't have a hoodie? That's ok! Wear your Weatherstone spirit wear or WES colors (red, white, and blue).

Do you have a favorite event or experience from your elementary school years that you would love to recreate for your own little explorer? Let us know and, together, we can make it happen! We are currently in need of volunteers for all Weatherstone events and, specifically, in need for someone to lead our STEM Land event this year.
