My name is Sarah Gallagher! I am a graduate of Meredith College with a bachelor's degree in Child Development and a K-6 teaching license. I am super excited to continue teaching Kindergarten at Yates Mill Elementary School.

My husband, Devin, and I love exploring the Raleigh area, going to concerts, going out to eat, and spending time with family and friends. We also just welcomed our son, Shepherd, into the world this past April 2024! 

As an educator, I am passionate about building relationships with my colleagues, students, and families. In my classroom, students will be cared for, have opportunities to explore their interests, be challenged daily, and have meaningful learning experiences. I will provide students with a safe, positive, and nurturing environment that fosters a love for learning and meet students where they are.
