Visual Arts are an important aspect of development that challenge a student's critical thinking, time management and self-discipline. Students also advance their skills in creativity and collaborations. Wake Forest High School's Visual Arts program offers courses which include drawing, painting, and ceramics/sculpture that follow core guidelines aligned with State Standards.
Students participating in the visual arts program also have opportunities to engage with art club, National Arts Honor Society, and participate in exhibitions as well as develop collaborative projects/murals in partnership with the local community.
