• 2025-2026 Off Campus Lunch Pass Information

    Office Campus Lunch Pass Applications will be going live beginning Monday, July 28th. 
     
    Off-campus lunch will only be permitted with both payment and a notarized parent consent form, which can be found on the PCHS website under the Student tab. The notarized form and proof of payment must be submitted during one of the following pick-up dates to receive your pass: August 14 or August 22, from 8:30–11:30 a.m.
