  • VETERANS MONTH

To honor Veteran's Day, PCHS will be creating a display to recognize our friends and relatives who have served in the military.  The display will be posted beginning November 1 and remain up throughout the month of November.  Use the attached forms for each branch of military and fill out the information, along with uploading or attaching a picture of your veteran, to share with the PCHS community.  In order to be displayed, the form must be printed in color and not exceed one sheet.  Please submit all Veteran's Day recognition forms to the Main Office.  Space is limited so submit your forms early.
