Principal's Weekly Message
Good afternoon Middle Creek High School families,
It was a great week here at The Creek! As mentioned, the ACT went very smoothly for our juniors, and we enjoye a Mustang Moments choice activity session with all students yesterday. While we hated to lose our workday today, it was nice to continue the routine of 5-day weeks in the stretch until Spring Break.
Below you will find the information and updates for next week. We've got a few updates for Senior families as well as registration information for our 9-11th grade families. Thank you for your attention to these details.

Information from Student Services:
Course Verification Sheets for 25-26 Registration
Early next week, all 9-11th grade students will receive a course verification sheet to give them one more time to look over their choices for their classes for the 25-26 school year. Please carefully review these choices that your student made, sign the verification sheet, and have them drop it off in Student Services by Friday, March 21. If they want to make any changes to their choices, they should write these changes on the sheet and counselors will make adjustments. Please remember that schedules are only changed to increase rigor or correct errors during the school year; this is the time for students to carefully and thoughtfully choose the core and elective courses they want next year as other changes are not possible.
Rising Senior Schedule Information
Mid-Year Graduation: Rising seniors who would like to graduate one semester early in January 2026, should return the Mid-Year Graduation form to Student Services by Spring Break. Counselors will reach out to parents to verify their signature and agreement with this request.
Early Release/Late Arrival: Rising seniors who are interested in Early Release/Late Arrival need to complete the form with all signatures and return to Student Services by March 28th. Due to changes in college admission policy around senior schedule changes, Early Release/Late Arrival will be adjusted within the first 5 days of the fall semester next school year, for both semesters. No changes will be made in the spring semester next school year. Decisions regarding this type of schedule change need to be discussed and determined now. The only way to guarantee Early Release/Late Arrival for 25-26 School Year is to submit the form by Spring Break.
Sophomore Parent Meeting Slides
Thanks so much to the parents who joined us for the Sophomore Parent Meeting Thursday night! We had a wonderful turnout! Here are the slides from our meeting for anyone who would like to look over the information shared.
Seniors- Class of 2025:
Graduation/Senior Celebration Information -
Please keep a lookout in the mail for a letter from Ms. Megronigle and Ms. Jones regarding upcoming senior celebrations/events and graduation rehearsal and ceremony information. There will be a virtual meeting to review the information in this letter and answer any questions on April 15th at 6pm. A link will be provided on the MCHS website that day.
Graduation Tickets -
We are excited to announce that this year each senior family will receive 10 tickets for the graduation ceremony. Tickets will be handed out to students at the Graduation Rehearsal, all fees and fines must be paid and students must be in good academic standing to receive their tickets.
Scholarship Reporting for the Class of 2025
We are excited to recognize Seniors who have been offered a scholarship at our Senior Awards Night this May. Please email any scholarship offers to Mrs. Morris at jmorris@wcpss.net. Scholarships can be academic, athletic, arts, or community-based and students do not need to attend the college in order for us to include that in our listing. Last year’s class earned the largest total in MCHS history with over $18 million dollars and we want to see if we can repeat or even beat that total with the Class of 2025!
