Welcome to Middle Creek! I am originally from Pennsylvania, where I taught Special Education at the middle school level for 7 years and completed my Masters in Teaching and Curriculum and Administrative Certification at Penn State University, Go LIONS! Once we moved to Raleigh, I taught special education for one year at Martin Middle School and then moved to Middle Creek in 2012 and it has been my home ever since. Before becoming an AP, I was a Special Education Teacher and Department Chair here in the #STRONGStable. I love attending all of the events at school and cheering on our Mustangs. However, when I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, going to her events or games, taking my dog, Nittany, for a walk or just reading a good book.

Goooood morning! I am originally from Michigan but hated the cold so I moved to the south. I received a Bachelor's in Elementary Education and a Masters in school Administration from Central Michigan University. I taught middle school science at East Lee Middle School and was an assistant principal at Harnett Central Middle School before coming to Middle Creek High School. Outside of school I enjoy going to the gym, coaching and playing Ultimate Frisbee, traveling, and spending time with my friends.

Hello, Mustang Family! I am a proud native of the All-American city of Fayetteville, North Carolina, where I graduated as a 4th generation student from the historic E.E. Smith Senior High School (Golden Bull Pride!). After graduation, I chose to attend North Carolina Central University (Eagle Pride AMPLIFIED!) where I majored in History and Psychology. I also completed a post-graduate program of study in Social Science at the University of California at Los Angeles (Go Bruins!) and received a master's degree in School Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (TAARRR!). Currently, I am pursuing a doctorate of education degree at Vanderbilt University (Anchor Down!). My school administration experience includes serving as Assistant Principal Intern at Leesville Road Elementary and Assistant Principal at Wake Forest Middle School. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, listening to a good audiobook or podcast and being involved in the community through nonprofit work and my fraternity. You will likely catch me at sporting events and concerts supporting the many talents of our Mustangs. Don't shy away from saying hi! I look forward to serving you and your family here at The Creek!
