Good afternoon Middle Creek High School families, 

I hope all our students experienced a successful exam week! Things ran very smoothly on-campus and we appreciate everyone’s flexibility navigating the change to the typical daily schedule.  Teachers are in the process of finalizing grades over the weekend and on the workday next week and we will have them posted as final next week. On Wednesday we will welcome students back into the building and start Second Semester classes! On Wednesday, students will report to their First Semester-First Block class to begin the day.  From there they will receive a hard copy of their Second Semester schedule, as well as hear some general announcements before we transition them to their new classes.  

With new classes comes another opportunity to “Meet the Teacher”! Please save the date for our second semester “Meet the Teacher” event, which is virtual on January 30th. A flyer is attached here!

State Employees Credit Union People Helping People Scholarship

The application for the SECU People Helping People Scholarship has now been posted on the MCHS Scholarship Listing and in all senior counselor Canvas classrooms.  Students who are members of the SECU or are eligible for membership through their parents can apply for this $10,000 scholarship.  Please read the information at this link carefully as the application process takes several days to complete.  Finalized application packets must be emailed to Mrs. Gillespie at tgillespie2@wcpss.net by February 14, 2025.
