Good afternoon Middle Creek High School families, 

 

Last week was a great 5 day week here at The Creek. I cannot believe how quickly November has flown by! This week is a short one as we will only have classes on Monday and Tuesday.  Wednesday-Friday students and staff will be off for the Thanksgiving holiday.  I am so grateful to work with such wonderful staff and students and to have such a supportive community. I hope all our families have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Parent’s Night Out!:

Our Chick-Fil-A Leader Academy is once again hosting a Parent's Night Out event on December 7th from 6-8pm here at MCHS. If you have a child between ages 3-12 and would like to take advantage of this service, our teens would love to have them! More information and instructions on how to register your children can be found on the attached flyer. See ya there!

 

Gifts of Gratitude:

The month of December is a festive time and we often arrange for various games and morale-boosting activities for the teachers and staff in the weeks leading up to Christmas.  If any families or community members are willing to contribute to the prizes for the games, they would be GREATLY appreciated.  If you are willing to donate a $5-$10 gift card to any fast food or store location towards a goal of 40 prizes for these games, please drop them off in our front office with Ms. Whitley. She will ensure they get locked up and used for this purpose.  With a staff of over 100, it is wonderful to get to sprinkle some fun and gifts during the holiday season. THANK YOU to any who are willing to contribute. Thank you so much to our families who have already donated! We are half-way to our goal!

 

Yearbooks On Sale!

Yearbooks are still available for order! Go to yearbookordercenter.com and enter code 10474 to get yours. After signing in, parents of seniors can also design and submit an ad tribute for their senior to be included in the yearbook. Please email Mr. Williams at pwilliams@wcpss.net with any questions.

FAFSA Now Available for 2025-2026!

Seniors and Senior Families: The 2025-2026 FAFSA is now open! Access to the FAFSA has now been opened so all seniors and their families can begin working on the FAFSA today for the 2025-2026 school year. Any senior or their family who would like to schedule an appointment to discuss financial aid can email our financial aid advisor, Mrs. Sharpe, at vsharpe@wcpss.net. Mrs. Sharpe is at MCHS every Thursday to meet by appointment.
