Summer Updates- Juniors & Seniors

Good afternoon MCHS Families,

I hope you are having a wonderful summer! This updates email is coming straight to junior and senior families, with information about privileges and dues. Please see below for important details about both parking and lunch passes for the upcoming year.

Juniors and Seniors:

2024-2025 Parking & Lunch Passes will go live tonight at midnight.  There are several steps to this process, including paperwork and payment.  Please see below for these details.  Though spots are assigned based on order of payment, all students who make a purchase will be guaranteed a spot.

One big change for this coming school year is that we will be using a new online payment system for dues, parking and lunch passes. This new system requires that families create an account, so we wanted to share that process with you now.

Parking & lunch passes will go on sale starting midnight on July 10th, and setting up your account is a great first step in making sure you are ready to go. The form and process to complete the account registration is linked on the MCHS website and directly here.

Lunch Passes:

Forms for lunch passes can be found on the MCHS website under the “Students” tab of the red bar at the top.  There is a $10 fee to make the pass, and payments can be made via the MCHS website/School Cash Online. Once the notarized form is completed,  dates will be provided for an August pick up. (Reminder, this is a junior and senior only privilege.)

Parking Passes:

Forms can be found on the MCHS website (under the student tab) starting tonight at Midnight!  The LIVE link on the MCHS website to pay for the parking and lunch passes will also be made available at this time (Wednesday, July 10th) at 12:00am. There are several steps to applying, and all pieces must be completed to receive a parking pass. Spot locations will be determined based on order of payment (with completed documents and no existing fees). If families are unable to print any of the forms, you may stop by the main office during summer hours to pick them up. If you have any questions, you may contact Ms. Sullivan at jsullivan2@wcpss.net.

Class Dues:

Now is also a great time to pay your junior and/or senior class dues for the upcoming year. This can be done using the same Cash Online system referenced for the privileges. Dues will need to paid in order to attend MCHS Dances and/or participate in senior activities.

Class of 2025- $40

Class of 2026- $40

Thank you for your attention to these details. I hope you all continue to have a great summer!

Yours,

Lacey Peckham, Principal
