Good afternoon Middle Creek High School families,
I hope all of our students and families have had a great week. Third Quarter report cards are finalized and are coming home with students today.
This week’s email is full of senior information and there are a few other calendar items for all families. Thank you for your attention to these details.

Graduation Tickets Lottery -If you would like to be entered into the lottery for 2 additional tickets to graduation, please complete this form. The form will be open until May 3, 2024. As tickets become available (ie. graduates decide not to walk at graduation), names will be pulled randomly from the lottery and families will be informed that their name was drawn and they will receive 2 additional tickets. All tickets will be handed out at Graduation Rehearsal.
Senior Group Photo - The senior group photo for the Class of 2024 will be taken on Thursday, April 25th at the beginning of 2nd block. All seniors will report to the Main Gym, after an announcement from Ms. Megronigle. Seniors should bring their cap and gown with them on Thursday, as no students will be allowed to go to their car prior to the photo or after the photo is taken. Families may purchase this photo as an add on or a-la-carte option when ordering graduation photos in June, following graduation. Questions - see Ms. Megronigle.

Parents who are interested in learning more about this option have two opportunities to learn more information. Sophomore parents are welcome to stay at the end of our Sophomore Parent Meeting on April 22. There is also a virtual option on April 25 from 12:00-1:00 pm. The link will be provided via the MCHS website on the morning of April 25. Parents are invited to learn about the option for students to complete graduation requirements in three years.
Sophomore Family Meeting on April 22, 2024
Student Services will hold our annual Sophomore Family Meeting on April 22, 2024 at 6:00 pm in person at MCHS. We will discuss interpreting the PreACT scores that students received recently in their sophomore meetings with their counselors, preparing for junior year, and the new 22 credit-3 year graduation opportunity for the Class of 2026. We hope to see all tenth grade families there!
AP Testing Information
AP Testing will begin on May 6. Please see this link for important reminders and information for all AP test-takers. MCHS is still in need of several parent volunteers on May 7, May 9, and May 14 where we are giving larger AP tests. Please visit the Sign Up Genius at this link to volunteer (just make sure it is not an exam your student is taking, as proctors cannot be related to examinees for the exam they are proctoring).
