Dear White Oak Families,
This is our last full week of the school year! It is also an important week for our 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students that will be EOG Testing for Reading and Math. As a result, schedules across the building will be impacted so that we have enough staff to help with testing. We will have limited space in the cafeteria, so we request that parents do NOT come to lunch on Tuesday or Wednesday during testing.
We have a wonderful 5th Grade Promotion event on Thursday at Green Level High School from 6-7pm (doors open at 5:30). Each child was sent home with 4 tickets that are required at the door to enter the Auditorium.

Medication Pickup: If your student has medication in the health room, please pick it up by the last day of school. An adult must pick up all medications from school. Medications not picked up 10 business days after the last day of school will be disposed of by the nurse. Any questions, please contact Heather Smith (hwsmith@wcpss.net)
EOG Testing Reminders
Testing continues this week on Tuesday - Reading EOG & Wednesday - Math EOG.
On testing dates, PLEASE plan accordingly, so your child arrives at school by 9:15. Early check-outs will NOT be allowed before 1:15pm to ensure students have ample time to complete the test.
- Chromebooks are the only internet-connected device students are allowed to have during testing. Phones, smartwatches, ear buds, etc. are not allowed during testing. To ensure a distraction-free environment, students are required to put any devices in their backpacks that are kept in the hallway during testing.
