Week of October 14, 2024

Phoenix Families,

Crossroads FLEX HS has partnered with Black Mountain Home, an orphanage, in Black Mountain, NC to provide resources after the devastation experienced due to Hurricane Helene.  The orphanage is still without power and water.  As the weather begins to get colder, they are asking for blankets, baby wipes (because they don't have running water) and warm clothes for kids ages 2-20.  They will gladly accept new or recently washed clothes.  HERE you can find a list of other items needed.  We will continue collecting donations until there is no longer a need.

Fall Flair Festival Tickets are on sale now for ALL STUDENTS.  Come and join in on the fun on Friday, October 25th from 7 to 9:30pm.  Dress up, dance, eat, and play some games!  Purchase your tickets HERE.

At the beginning of the school year, we introduced the Crossroads FLEX Tiered Levels of FLEXibilty to students. There are some students who may be in need of additional support and interventions due to behavior or academic concerns.  I encourage you to review the Tiered Level of FLEXibility with your students this week to identify any areas that they may need additional support.
