Students in Grades 9-12 at Leesville Road High School are eligible for exam exemptions based on the criteria outlined below. This policy aims to recognize students for their consistent academic performance and attendance throughout the semester. The attendance count includes each instructional day of the semester.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Students must have a projected final grade of B (80) or higher in the course.

2. Students must have 10 or fewer absences in the course.

a. All absences, whether excused or unexcused, are counted equally toward the 10-day limit.

b. College visits are included in the 10-day absence count.

3. Students cannot be exempt from state-mandated tests (EOC Exam & CTE Post Assessments), including field-testing.

4. Students in grades 9-11 must also have 10 or fewer tardies in the course.
