Hi! My name is Mrs. Langley and I am looking forward to being your child’s Pre-K teacher! This is my 18th year of teaching. I have taught preschool, kindergarten and 2nd grade. I have a heart and passion for early intervention and education. I feel that Pre-K is a foundational year because, for most children, it provides their initial exposure to school and sets the tone for their educational career. I can’t wait to see your child grow and learn this year.
I graduated from Meredith College in 2003. I have a bachelor’s degree in Human Communication with a K-6 teaching license. I am currently seeking my preschool add-on license. I absolutely love school and look forward to passing my passion for learning on to your child!
I was born and raised in North Carolina. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Michael. We have a daughter named Makayla, who is a senior in high school this year.
When I am not teaching or planning awesome things for us to do at school...I enjoy cooking, spending time with my family, hanging out with friends and participating in church activities.
Feel free to contact me anytime via email (slangley@wcpss.net) or call the school (919-404-3680).
