LRHS Student Parking

Parking for the 2025-26 School Year will open for request to Seniors only July 5th, 2025. As of July 11th, it will be open to rising Juniors as well.  

To be able to pick up the pass before the beginning of school, Juniors and Seniors must submit the Google Form by August 10th, otherwise the pass cannot be picked up until after school starts. We are only asking for the Google Form to be completed this year, not a physical permission form, but there will be a required class for students (to ensure all students are clear about the rules of parking and driving on campus) before a pass will be distributed. Spot assignment is completed on a first-come, first-served basis from the Google Form.

Parking is not available to Sophomores initially; toward the end of September it will be reviewed and, based off the number of spots available, Administration will decide if Sophomores will be allowed to apply for a parking pass.

PLEASE REMEMBER THE STUDENT MUST HAVE A NORTH CAROLINA DRIVERS LICENSE TO COMPLETE ANY PORTION OF THIS PROCESS. A SPOT WILL NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT PROOF OF A LICENSE (NOT A LEARNER’S PERMIT.)

As of August 11th, all submissions will not be eligible for early pick up. After this, students will need to wait until August 25th to take a virtual course and test to be able to pick up the pass beginning after school on August 25th. Students must be ready to show proof of course completion, as this will not be able to be looked up by those distributing passes. The course will be assigned from the Google Form entry, so please make sure you are completing that, as there is a 3-5 school day processing time for the course to be assigned.

LRHS Off-Campus Lunch Pass

Requests for Off-Campus Lunch Passes will open to rising Juniors and Seniors on July 18th and will follow the same process as last year. Instructions, details, and the form can be accessed with the link below.  

Early pick up of this pass also required submission of the form by August 11th, after this the pass cannot be picked up until after school starts. Regular processing of Off Campus Lunch Passes is 3-5 school days after the form is submitted correctly.

Please remember to pay, as passes cannot be picked up without payment. Sophomores cannot have an Off-Campus Lunch Pass.

Off-Campus Lunch Pass 2025-2026

Initial distribution of passes will occur on designated dates in August if submitted by August 10th. Exact dates and times were available at the end of the Parking Google Form and reminders were sent to the emails on the Google Form. Early pick-up of Off-Campus Lunch Passes only will be available August 19th, 20th, and 22nd from 1-3PM, at the same time as the Parking Pass distribution and classes (if forms have been completed by August 10th.)

Please remember: to receive the Parking Pass you must attend one of the classes but you do not need to attend a class if you are only getting an Off-Campus Lunch Pass.

Parking Pass & Off-Campus Lunch Payments

Parking Pass cost is $200 plus fees and Off Campus Lunch Pass is $20 plus fees.

School Cash Online is open and both Lunch Passes and Parking Passes are available to purchase. Both have been assigned to all Juniors and Seniors and you should see it available if you have a student assigned to your account.
