Parking Pass & Off-Campus Lunch Applications

LRHS Student Parking
Parking for the 2025-26 School Year will open for request to Seniors only July 5th, 2025. As of July 11th, it will be open to rising Juniors as well.
Parking will open to Sophomores on October 1st. Please be aware that Sophomores must be in good standing academically and not have any attendance issues to be issued a Parking spot. Administration will review the student and if performance does not meet the standards, you will receive communication stating this.
The Google form must be completed before any additional steps to request a Parking Pass will be available. After the Google form is approved, students will be assigned the item to pay in School Cash Online and the course in Canvas will be assigned to them, this must be passed with a 90% or better (to ensure all students are clear about the rules of parking and driving on campus) before a pass will be distributed. Spot assignment is completed on a first-come, first-serve basis from the Google Form. Approval of the Google form can take 3-5 school days.
After the course is completed and payment made, the pass can be picked up from the Main Office between classes and before/after school.
PLEASE REMEMBER THE STUDENT MUST HAVE A NORTH CAROLINA DRIVERS LICENSE TO COMPLETE ANY PORTION OF THIS PROCESS. A SPOT WILL NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT PROOF OF A LICENSE (NOT A LEARNER’S PERMIT.) YOU WILL HAVE TO RESUBMIT THE GOOGLE FORM IF YOU APPLY BEFORE THE LICENSE IS ISSUED.
LRHS Off-Campus Lunch Pass
Requests for Off-Campus Lunch Passes will open to rising Juniors and Seniors on July 18th and will follow the same process as last year. Instructions, details, and the form can be accessed with the link below.
Early pick up of this pass also required submission of the form by August 11th, after this the pass cannot be picked up until after school starts. Regular processing of Off Campus Lunch Passes is 3-5 school days after the form is submitted correctly.
Please remember to pay and submit the form, as passes cannot be picked up unless both are submitted.
Replacement passes are the same cost as the original, which has also been assigned to all Juniors and Seniors. A parent must also send an email stating they are aware of the lost pass and are OK with the student receiving another, these should be sent to kstagner@wcpss.net , the pass will be available 3-5 school days after both payment and the email are sent.
Sophomores cannot have an Off-Campus Lunch Pass.
Off-Campus Lunch Pass 2025-2026Parking Pass & Off-Campus Lunch Payments
Parking Pass cost is $200 plus fees through September 30th (after this parking is prorated $20 per month until the end of the year or all spots are assigned) and Off Campus Lunch Pass is $20 plus fees.
School Cash Online is open and both Lunch Passes and Parking Passes are available to purchase. As of October 1st, the Parking pass payment option will be assigned upon approval of the Google Form and Off Campus Lunch pass has been assigned to all Juniors and Seniors and you should see it available if you have a student assigned to your account.
