RCMMS PTA News
Our final Cultural Arts presentation will take place on Wednesday, March 5. Actor Daron Stewart will perform a one-man show, “The Soul of Langston,” about poet and writer Langston Hughes. The PTA will host its next meeting on March 13 at 7 p.m. on Zoom. Also, the Wake County PTA Council has shared resources for families concerned about recent federal immigration orders.

Ticket sales for High School Musical, Jr Performance
Tickets will go on sale soon for our High School Musical, Jr performance.
Cost: Adult tickets: $10.00 and Student/child tickets: $5.00

Instrument & Supplies Donation Request
We are accepting donations of string instruments, such as violins, violas, and cellos, to support our Strings Club, with a particular need for cellos. Additionally, we welcome any related donations, including strings, shoulder rests, cello donuts/anchors, and music. By donating, you help provide equitable access to musical experiences for all learners in our school. Donations can be brought directly to the school.

The panel of judges will feature female industry leaders, including Heather Chandler, a video game producer who has led teams at Epic Games, Electronic Arts, Ubisoft, and Activision. She also served as the Senior Producer on Fortnite. She will be joined by esteemed professionals:
Janie Hughes – Co-Founder of BingoBard, Women in Games Ambassador & Chair of IGDA NC Triangle
Amber Murray Johnson – Professor of Simulation and Game Development at Wake Tech
Jayden Sansom – NCSU Graduate and Future Tools Programmer
Meg Hughes – Video Game Producer
