PBIS SOAR Shop Donations

Our students have been demonstration our Eagle SOAR Expectations all quarter earning SOAR Slips. These can be exchanged for prizes at our first PBIS SOAR Shop this week. The raffle and prize cart really help to motivate our students to continue to do their best.

More donations are needed to make this successful for our students! Examples of items are: individually bagged chips, Takis, fidgets, gadgets, squish mallows, stuffed animals, Gatorade, cool toys (for middle school age students), etc. Please consider donating small gift cards to various places for our school-wide raffle which will be held quarterly.

Please send in donations by Tuesday Oct. 22nd. We are in high need of individually wrapped candy and movie-size candy!

Virtual Parent Workshop in Spanish

Join us on Monday from 6-7 pm virtually for a WCPSS Parent Academy Workshop on Learning How to Motivate Your Child to Thrive in School.

RCMMS PTA News

The PTA extends a big thanks to all of the families who came out to Creek Games last week. We enjoyed seeing families visit our school, interact with each other and our staff, and have fun doing it. We also want to give a special thanks to our volunteers and teachers and staff who kept all the stations running!

If you are inspired to join the PTA in our upcoming initiatives, send us an email (rcmmspta@gmail.com) or pop into our next monthly meeting on Zoom. Events on the horizon include the Honors Dessert (on Nov. 14), the fall Book Fair (week of Nov. 18) and the Winter Dance (Dec. 6.) Our next meeting will be on Thursday, Nov. 14 at 7 p.m. on Zoom.
