Volunteer Renewal for 2025-26

The volunteer renewal process will be quick and simple for all volunteers who were approved for the 2024-25 school year. The renewal window will be July 1-Oct. 31, 2025. 

Visit Volunteering in WCPSS to learn more about volunteer renewal or apply to be a first-time volunteer. 

Why should you register now? 

If you are interested in volunteering in the Classrooms, or on Field Day, or assisting the PTA, then this is your opportunity to get a head start on the opportunities to come back inside our school buildings when volunteers are permitted.
