I can’t believe we are getting closer to the end of the year! This semester is going by so quickly and we are cherishing every minute with the students. I’ve included dates all the way through July since we are getting closer to the end! Time truly flies!

Family Survey

We only have one family survey a year to help us drive improvements based on your feedback. We would love to hear what we are doing well and what we can continue to improve. Your voice matters to us. Please complete this Family Survey so we can get at least 50% of our families participating. Thank you!

Lunch Volunteers Needed

We have a shortage of staff on April 30th due to our kindergarten field trips. Please consider signing up to help us. Lunch Volunteer Sign-up. Thank you!

PTA Spring Fest is almost here!

Our PTA Spring Fest is coming up on May 9th at 5:30pm. There will be bounce houses, face painting, and a DJ for all families to enjoy! Bring the whole family and enjoy a free festival hosted by the wonderful PTA!

Our PTA also has a spring auction where you can bid for braces, concert tickets, and front row seats at the SAIL up ceremony! Check it out here: PTA Spring Auction.

EOG Dates for 3-5 Students

You can find EOG date information for your 3rd through 5th grade students on our OCE website. We DO NOT have alternate EOG dates, per the legal requirements of these tests. Therefore, we cannot accommodate rescheduling due to family trips. 

Returning to OCE Next Year?

If you are moving schools and it is not due to reassignment or middle school, please complete this form: 25-26 Planning Form. This will help us plan for staffing teachers and assigning tracks to students. Your support is appreciated!

• July 7- First Day of School for Tracks 1, 2, 3

• July 23- Open House for Tracks 1, 2, 3 at 6pm

• July 25- Meet the Teacher for Track 4 at 4:45pm

• July 28- First Day of School for Track 4

• Aug 13- Open House for Track 4 at 6pm
