Critical Need for Volunteers

During the 23-24 End of Grade (EOG) testing, we are in desperate need of volunteers to help us by being test proctors, hallway/cottage monitors and doing lunch duty. Our K-1 instructional assistants and school staff will be pulled for these duties if we don’t get enough volunteers, which will leave other critical duties unfilled. We would be grateful for your help! Please consider volunteering below:

Family Engagement Survey:

Every year WCPSS creates an annual Family Engagement Survey and I would be grateful for your input in the 23-24 survey, which can be accessed here. surveys.panoramaed.com/wakecounty/family. This survey will help us continue to improve and be the best school we can be, and your voice matters! 

 

School Supplies:

Get all your school supplies delivered to your doorstep, avoiding the hassle of shopping in the store AND support the OCE PTA. Our PTA is using a new school supply vendor to make your life easier for the 24-25 school year. Click here for more info: OCE School Supply Kit Link.

• June 26- Sail Up Ceremony at 10:30 a.m.- 5th Grade Tracks 2 & 3
• June 26- Sail Up Ceremony at 1:30 p.m.- 5th Grade Track 4
• June 26- Last day of school- Tracks 2, 3, and 4

 

24-25 Dates:

• July 3- Meet the Teacher for Tracks 1, 2, and 3 (1st-5th grades)--
  • 12:30 p.m. - Track 1
  • 1:45 p.m. - Track 2
  • 3:00 p.m. - Track 3
• July 8- First Day of School for Tracks 1, 2, and 3 (1st-5th grades)
• July 26- Meet the Teacher- Track 4 (1st-5th grades)
  • 4:30- 5:30 p.m. Track 4
• July 29- First Day of School for Track 4 (1st-5th grades)
