OCE Families,

We loved having our families visit OCE the past two weeks! Big thank you to our wonderful PTA for hosting so many school events that make our school even better!

We have 22 fun and engaging clubs at OCE, many of which meet before the school day begins. We need to remind you of some important guidelines that will allow us to keep students as safe as possible:

• Clubs do not start before 8:00 a.m.  
• Parents should wait outside with their children until a club representative brings students inside at 8:00 a.m.
• Parents arriving after the staff member has taken the students inside should ring the doorbell for assistance. Parents should not leave children outside alone.   
• Safety Patrol students should not be dropped off before 8:35 a.m.  

We appreciate your help in maintaining these guidelines and, as a result, the safety of your students.

• May 9- Chorus Concert at 6:00 p.m.
• May 10-  PTA Carnival (Rain date May 17)
• May 13- Kindergarten Orientation at 6:00 p.m.
• May 27- NO SCHOOL- HOLIDAY
• June 19- NO SCHOOL- TEACHER WORKDAY

24-25 Dates:

• July 3- Meet the Teacher for tracks 1, 2, and 3 (1st-5th grades)--
  
  • 12:30 p.m. - Track 1
  • 1:45 p.m. - Track 2
  • 3:00 p.m. - Track 3
• July 8- First Day for tracks 1, 2, and 3 (1st-5th grades)
• July 26- Meet the Teacher- Track 4 (1st-5th grades)
  
  • 4:30- 5:30 p.m.
• July 29- First Day for track 4 (1st-5th grades)
