OCE Families, 

At last night's WCPSS board meeting, it was announced that Mrs. Smith is leaving OCE with her last day on July 15^th as she was promoted to principal. While I am sad that we are losing her, I am also so happy for her in this opportunity to be principal of Smith Elementary. 

In the short time she has been at OCE, she has made such a positive impact on our school. We are lucky for the time we had Mrs. Smith, and I look forward to hearing about the great things she will do as principal!
