We are looking forward to Curriculum Night this Wednesday Night, September 13th. Come and learn about what your child is learning this year. Before the event, the PTSA will be holding their General Membership Meeting at 4:45 in the Cafeteria.
We also have Fall Picture Day on Wednesday. Below is the information you need to pay in advance.
After-school clubs are gearing up this week and beginning to hold interest meetings. These clubs will take place outside of our Club Day Schedule that begins in November. Announcements will be made throughout the week at school to alert students to interest meetings.

FBLA- Thursday, Sept. 14. The meeting will be in the media center from 3:30 to 4:00, and students who can enroll in FBLA are 7th and 8th-grade students who have taken a CTE course or who are enrolled in a CTE course this year.

Odyssey of the Mind- Friday, September 15th, 3:30-4:15.

Science Olympiad- The Science Olympiad interest meeting will be on Tuesday (9/12) after school at 3:30 in the cafeteria. Parents seeking information to questions should go to the website with them that has ALL THINGS Science Olympiad.

Student Council- September 19th. Applications are due Friday 9/22 and elections will be held the following Thursday/Friday (9/28-29) during Leopard Time.
Notes from the Front Desk:
Attendance: If your student has been absent, please use the MPMS absence form located on the school website
and return it to the Front Office via email or have your student turn it in. Alternatively, email your student's Homeroom teacher.
No need to phone as we can only update the attendance record from a written notice.
Student Item Drop Off: Essential forgotten items only. It is not used for dropping off items regularly.
It compromises the security of our building every time we have to unlock the doors!
