22-23 Course Schedules
PowerSchool will open for students to view tentative schedules on Wednesday, August 17th. Final schedules are distributed before school in the media center on the first day of school. A Schedule Concern Form will be posted on the Cary High School website August 25th-August 30th. Students who have a schedule concern must complete this form once it is posted.

Career and College Promise
All students participating in Career and College Promise dual enrollment courses for the fall semester must provide a copy of their community college schedule and WCPSS Dual Enrollment form to jpeasley@wcpss.net. Students who are requesting late arrival or early release to accommodate their CCP schedule must complete and return a signed form to jpeasley@wcpss.net in order for their schedule to be adjusted. The Dual Enrollment form can be found on the Student Services Website.

Seniors - Late Arrival, Early Release and/or Midyear Graduation
Seniors may still submit a request for Late Arrival or Early Release and/or Midyear Graduation Applications. All forms and applications can be found on the Student Services Website.

Service Academy Information Day
2022 Service Academy Information Day will be held virtually on August 13th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Representatives from the Air Force Academy, Coast Guard Academy, Merchant Marine Academy, Military Academy at West Point, Naval Academy, the North Carolina National Guard, and ROTC will discuss opportunities for graduating high school students. Attached is a flyer with information about the event. I sincerely appreciate you sharing this information with your students. Seniors - Meningitis Vaccination Requirement
Class of 2023 - REQUIRED Meningococcal Vaccine - Documentation Required by August 15

If your student has not had the required immunization, please contact your child's health care provider or the health department to make an appointment. Also, be sure to either email the updated immunization record to Glaudy Dudley, Data Manager, gdudley@wcpss.net, or drop it off in Student Services.

On-Campus Student Parking
Juniors or Seniors wishing to purchase an on-campus parking pass for the year should follow the process outlined at this link.

Student Lunch Passes
If you are a junior or senior and you want to leave campus for lunch this year, you must order a lunch pass. Save yourself the headache of waiting in long lines during the first week of school and order yours now.

First IMPresssions Camp - For Freshmen
If you are a freshman to Cary High or a first time Cary High student, please register to participate in our First IMPressions Camp of August 17th. Parents are also welcome to attend the parent sessions that we have scheduled for that day.

Open Campus - August 25th
Open Campus - All students should mark their calendars for Thursday, August 25th from 4-6 pm. This is our annual Open Campus Day for students to pick up their schedules in the gym (or look it up on their phones) and to walk their schedule prior to the first day of school.
