As we approach the end of 1^st semester, your student's current teachers will have conversations with your student about their class choices for the 2024-2025 school year.  This may seem early, but we want your students to have this information before they move onto a new set of classes for 2^nd semester.

• Core Academic Teachers will discuss with your student the next class in the sequence in their subject area.

• Teachers will encourage students to take the most challenging, yet appropriate level for your student.

• Elective teachers will talk with your students about options in their subject area. This mainly occurs in the Career Technical Education Area and Arts Area.

• 1^st Semester Teacher Recommendations will start being entered into PowerSchool on January 26.

• Students will use this information in March when they meet with their counselor to select classes for the 2024-2025 school year.

• 2^nd semester teachers will do the same process toward the end of February.

• Updated Class Registration Information will be posted and announced in Mid February.
