This is Ian Solomon, Principal of Leesville Road High School sharing the latest news and upcoming events.

 

 

 

PTSA Principal’s Chat and College Parent Panel

Tuesday, April 19th the Graduation Principal’s Chat will be held beginning at 6 pm. This event will be live streamed but limited in-person seating will be available in the Media Center. Immediately following the Principal’s Chat will be the PTSA sponsored Parent’s College Panel. This event is in-person and will not be streamed live.

 

 

 

National Honor Society

 Information about the 2022 NHS application packet has been posted for rising juniors and seniors on the school's website. The application is due Friday, May 6th.  Please email Mrs. Langlois (slanglois@wcpss.net) with questions.

 

 

 

Family Survey (repeat)

Wake County Public Schools is administering a District-Wide Family Survey from Monday, April 4 through Friday, May 6. This survey provides families the opportunity to provide valuable information and a high-quality data source for planning and School Improvement. The survey has been translated into various languages; Spanish, Arabic, French, Korean, Vietnamese, and Chinese to provide accessibility to families in Wake County Public Schools. The survey administration language can be chosen by families before taking the survey. Please look for the link on our LRHS website starting Monday morning.

 

 

 

Spring Break (repeat)

April 11 through April 15 for Leesville Road High School students and staff. Instruction resumes Monday, April 18.

 

 

 

Prom 2022 - A Masquerade Ball (repeat)

 Friday, May 13th, 7:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. at The Raleigh Marriot Crabtree Valley. Tickets can be purchased online starting Friday, April 1st. 

  • Friday, 4/1-Sunday, 4/24 - Early bird pricing - $50 per person
  • Monday, 4/25-Friday, 5/6 - Regular price - $60 per person
