    I hope you all had a great time in whatever format you celebrated Thanksgiving! As we enter this holiday season, this quote stood out to me:

    "Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it."   William Arthur Ward

    We should all take heed to that quote and find ways to show gratitude and thankfulness throughout this season. 


    This Week

    Did you know the average number of calories consumed by American's over Thanksgiving was 4,500? This week we are going to make a plan to burn off the average number of calories consumed during a single traditional meal. Assignment deals will be reviewed during class and posted to Google Classroom. 



    This week, the fitness options will be accompanied with a song. The song played will be similar to the title of the workout. Vote for the song/workout you would most like to do!!!!



    In-Person Cohort B

    Remember to dress activity appropriate for class. You will not be changing or entering the locker room.  Also, remember to bring a water bottle and a it wanted a towel to sit on when we are in the gym (optional). Have a jacket as we will go outside if weather is decent. We will meet in the health classrooms (E14).
