  • Principal's Weekly Message for December 18, 2017
Congratulations to all of our classroom Spelling Bee Winners who participated in the school bee on Friday.  Evan Burris won the competition, followed by Savannah Lange and Jason Kuvik.  All of the students did an amazing job.  Evan will represent Rand Road in the Scripps Regional Spelling Bee.
Parents, be sure to look for student assignment strips this week.  This will indicate which base school your child is assigned to for the 2018-19 school year.  I also encourage you to go to the WCPSS website if you need information regarding applying for a transfer or for a seat at one of the magnet schools.
This week we have early release on Thursday and we will dismiss at 1:15.  This will begin the winter break for students and they will return to school on January 22.
It is our hope that you will each have a wonderful holiday and winter break.  Students, remember to keep reading.
    Rhonda Jones, Principal
