Immunizations
Beginning August 1, 2023 rising seniors will be required to have and provide documentation for the Meningococcal vaccine and/or booster.
We will also be required to assure that all seniors are up to date on all required immunizations.

Schedule Change Request Form
Approved reasons for requesting a schedule change are provided below:
Incomplete Schedule
Missing Pre-Requisite
Scheduled For A Course Previously Taken In High School
There will be no change made because you have changed your mind about a course you selected during registration.
This form must be completed, and submitted, no later than 2:30 pm on Friday, August 13, 2021.
Parent(s)/Guardian(s) must send an email to the student's counselor, once this form has been submitted, to
indicate that they are in support of the change request:
Nadia Campbell (Grades 10-12)
Megan Walter (Grade 9 and Year 13)
Approved schedule changes will be made by the end of the day on Monday, August 16, 2021.
Students will be emailed via their WCPSS student email with the decision regarding their schedule change request. -
