Hello everyone, my name is Ms. Katowitz-Malik, and I'm so excited to be part of the Lincoln Heights Elementary School team! I have a Bachelor's degree in the Middle East and Jewish history from the University of Kansas, I have my Paralegal certification from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and I attended graduate school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, working towards my Master's in Education. I've been working in the field of education since 2008 and have taught students from preschool through high school. What’s more, I am genuinely passionate about helping children discover the joy of learning and becoming the learners that they are meant to be! I know we are going to have an amazing school year!
