Hello!
My name is Megan DeJohn, and I’m excited to begin my second year at Lincoln Heights and my 17th year of teaching. Before joining Lincoln Heights, I taught second grade in WCPSS for over a decade, and I truly love the first-grade level. It’s such a special time of growth and discovery.

I’m originally from Northeast Pennsylvania, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a master’s in reading. In 2013, my husband and I moved to North Carolina, and we’ve called Fuquay home for the past nine years. We have two boys—Logan (6) and Owen (4)—and two dogs: Casey, a chocolate lab, and Willa, a chow/retriever mix.

When I’m not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, watching movies, and playing pickleball.
