The Apex High Business Advisory Board connects local business, community, and school leaders to support students' growth into responsible, productive citizens. We directly support the Career and Technical Education (CTE) department and the Academy of Information Technology (AOIT) at Apex High School. Our goal is to strengthen the link between the business world and our school community, helping students smoothly transition from school to careers through real-world experiences, mentorship, and career-connected learning.

Want to get involved? Business and community partners can contribute in many ways, including guest speaking, job shadowing, hosting interns, and mentoring students. Whether you can help occasionally or take on a larger role, there’s a place for you.

Levels of Involvement:

• Community Contributor – Support as you're able; join our email list and help with one-time events.
• Business Partner – Engage regularly with students through mentorship, shadowing, or classroom support.
• Strategic Advisor – Help guide our long-term vision; attend meetings and advocate for career-connected learning.
• Leadership Roles – Serve as a Co-Chair or Secretary to help lead, organize, and represent the board.
