About Me:

Ms. King grew up in Raleigh and graduated from Campbell University where she was also a member of the NC Teaching Fellows program. She taught 5th grade in Lee County for 3 years before becoming the elementary technology specialist at a charter school in Cary where she spent the past 2 years. Ms. King is so excited to begin her sixth year of teaching at Hilburn! She is a current NC State graduate student studying STEM Education. In her spare time she loves reading, traveling, making crafts, and spending time with family and friends.
