If you've already filled out this form, follow these instructions after 24 hours:

• Your new password is Welcome1.
• Your username is your student id#
• When you login, it will tell you the PW is expired.  
• Click on the link to reset your PW
• It’s very restrictive (must have lowercase, uppercase letters, numbers, can’t be your name, id, etc.)
• Reset your PW using a computer rather than a mobile device.
• If your device is glitchy, uninstall and re-install the app.
