At last night’s Town Board meeting, third graders from Lincoln Heights Elementary School shared tips on how to reduce food waste so it won’t enter the landfill. Mayor Massengill declared April 1-7 as Food Waste Prevention Week in Fuquay-Varina, urging residents to commit to reducing food waste.
