2025 Prom Student & Ticket Information

HHS STUDENT INFORMATION

Prom Tickets for HHS Students – March 22, 2025
Marriott Crabtree, Raleigh, NC
7:00-11:00 PM
Doors open at 7:00 PM

Ticket Information:

  • Each HHS student must purchase their ticket individually for security reasons.

  • If you are bringing a guest who is NOT an HHS student, you must buy their ticket through the NON-HHS Guest Ticket site.

Behavior Expectations:
All students and guests are expected to follow WCPSS guidelines for student behavior. Please remember, Prom is an extracurricular event. Violations of behavior expectations may result in disciplinary action, removal from the event, and no refund will be given.

Event Rules:

  • Clear bags only.

  • Doors open at 7:00 PM.

  • No entry after 9:30 PM.

  • No re-entry once admitted.

  • Shoes must be worn at all times.

  • Students are responsible for their personal property.

  • Students and guests may be asked to leave or denied admittance due to inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to:

    • Violations of school policies (e.g., tobacco or alcohol use)

    • Roughhousing (e.g., lifting students or attempting to body surf)

    • Disrespect toward event staff

      • NOTE: No refunds will be issued in these cases.

Ticket Price: $80

Ticket Sales Dates:

  • Start: February 17th

  • End: March 17th (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Heritage Student Tickets are available for purchase on https://wcpss.schoolcashonline.com/. Students must log in with their Student ID account to purchase.

NOTE: Even if you are bringing a date that goes to HHS, both students must purchase their own ticket!

 

NON- HHS STUDENT INFORMATION

Prom Tickets for NON-HHS Students – March 22, 2025

Doors open at 7:00 PM

Important Information for NON-HHS Guest Tickets:

  • This ticket is for a guest who DOES NOT attend Heritage High School.

  • Limit one guest per HHS student.

  • HHS students are responsible for purchasing this ticket for their guest and submitting the required guest form to the main office by March 17th at 2:30 PM.

  • A permission form is required for all NON-HHS guests.
