Good Sunday evening Yates Mill Families,

 

This is Dr. Jenkins with our weekly family huddle. 

 

We can't wait to see you at Open House on Tuesday, September 17th for students in Pre-K through fifth grade. There are two sessions for your convenience: one beginning at 5:30PM, one beginning at 7:00PM, and also childcare provided for school-aged children. The presentations will begin right at 5:30PM and 7:00PM, so we're asking that you arrive on time and plan to stay for the entire session. If you cannot attend or happen to miss a portion of the sessions, your child's teacher will send out the PowerPoint presentation on Wednesday along with all the handouts that were provided. Our teachers are looking forward to spending an extended period of time with you, so we hope you all can make it. 

 

Next Sunday, I'll share information about our PTA but I do encourage you to join the PTA at the low cost of $7. You'll receive a flyer with more information on Tuesday and you can also visit the website at the very bottom of the homepage.

Soy la Dra. Jenkins con nuestra reunión familiar semanal.

 

Estamos ansiosos por verlos en la jornada de puertas abiertas el martes 17 de septiembre para los estudiantes de preescolar a quinto grado. Hay dos sesiones para su comodidad: una que comienza a las 5:30 y otra que comienza a las 7:00 y también habrá cuidado de niños para niños en edad escolar. Las presentaciones comenzarán a las 5:30 y a las 7:00, por lo que le pedimos que llegue a tiempo y planee quedarse durante toda la sesión. Si no puede asistir o se pierde una parte de las sesiones, el maestro de su hijo enviará la presentación de video el miércoles junto con todos los folletos que se entregaron. Nuestros maestros esperan pasar un período de tiempo prolongado con usted, por lo que esperamos que todos puedan asistir.

 

El próximo domingo compartiré información sobre nuestra PTA, pero te animo a que te unas a ella por el módico precio de 7 dólares. Recibirás un folleto con más información el martes y también puedes visitar el sitio web en la parte inferior de la página de inicio.
