  • Tuesday, November 8th, is election day!  I would like to urge all of you to head to the polls and cast your votes for the local, state, and federal leaders who will help guide us towards a strong future.  Exercising this civic duty will help you model its importance for all of our students.  

  • Senior Class of 2023

Senior year at CHS is full of memory-making traditions like the Last First Day, Senior Muffins, Senior Breakfast, and the Senior Picnic. Donations make all of our CHS senior traditions possible. Help us make all of the magic happen! Contribute now!

  • Join the Cary High PTSA!

As part of a larger network of PTAs that advocate for public education, the Cary High PTSA also provides resources our teachers, staff, and parents need to make high school meaningful and successful for every student. Your PTSA membership supports students and educators at CHS, in NC, and across the country. Become a member today!

Governor’s school application materials are due to Ms. Huber no later than Wednesday, November 9th. 

  • AP Exam Information - FIRST SEMESTER & YEARLONG AP COURSES

All AP students must join their AP Classrooms by Wednesday, November 9th in order to register for the corresponding AP Exam.  Students who do not register by the deadline but who decide to test later, will have to pay a $40 late fee charged by the College Board.  Students who decide not to test after the November deadline will have to pay $40 unused test fee charged by the College Board.  All students and parents of AP students should read this AP memo in its entirety. 

  • Career and College Promise Registration Currently Underway

Eligible students can participate in the Career and College Promise (CCP) dual enrollment program. Students have the opportunity to earn both  high school andcollege credit by taking tuition-free courses at Wake Tech or other community colleges. For more information, students can contact Mrs. Peasley jpeasley@wcpss.net or visit the Wake Tech CCP website. Interested students should begin by clicking the blue New CCP Students button and watching the short information video.
