    Recycle Club

Do you think GREEN? Are you in 5th grade? If you answered yes, then you may want to join our Recycle Club! This club takes on the job of collecting our recycled paper throughout the school; which is no small task! Students and teachers "Feed the Bin" daily with paper materials to be recycled, and the Recycle Team takes the next step by collecting the bins every Tuesday morning and emptying them into containers for pick up. Contact your fifth grade teacher if you are interested in being part of the Recycle Team!

    Student Leader

Our student leadership team consists of 26 5th grades who have applied an been accepted to be part of the team. In order to apply, students had to answer questions about what it means to be a leader and get a teacher to recommend them for the team. Our student leaders are exemplary students who are role models for all other students in the school. They will be doing morning and afternoon jobs such as safety patrol, media helpers, art room helpers, tech helpers, emptying the classroom recycling bins, and even reading with younger students during breakfast.
