To welcome new students to Wake Early College, the PTSA sponsors a picnic for freshmen and their families.

Each year Wake Early College of Health and Sciences celebrates the rich diversity of our school community. Students and their families are invited to create a booth that includes cultural information, trinkets, and tasty treats from their country, or one that is of interest to them.  The International Festival includes a parade of nations as well as native dance performances.
